Vegetable in Hot Garlic Sauce

Ingredients :
    • SPICHI Hot Garlic Sauce- 50gm
    • Baby Corn Blanched- 25gm
    • Corn Flour Slurry - 10gm
    • Cauliflower Blanched- 25gm
    • Carrot Blanched- 20gm
    • Mushroom Blanched- 20gm
    • Pakchoi Sliced-20gm
    • Broccoli Blanched-25gm
    • Chinese Cabbage sliced- 15gm
    • Spring Onion- 10gm
    • Salt to taste
    • Stock / Water- 150ml
    • Tomato Ketchup- 2gm
    • Chopped Garlic- 2
    • Oil- 3gm
  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 15-25 minutes
Method :
    1. Heat the wok/pan add oil ,chop garlic and saute for few seconds and put the hot garlic sauce in it. Add the Water / Stock,Tomato ketchup and mix well.
    2. Add all the vegatbles except Spring Onion and mix.
    3. Check for the Salt & Seasoning .
    4. Add corn flour to thicken and add Spring Onion and Serve Hot.
