Mix Veg in Schezwan Sauce

Ingredients :
    • SPICHI Schezwan sauce/pasta-50gm
    • Zucchini green salad-25gm
    •  Asparagus blanched sliced-10gm
    •  Snowpeas blanched-25gm
    •  Carrot sliced blanched-20gm
    •  Mushroom quarters blanched-20gm
    •  Spring onion diamond-10gm
    • Salt to taste
    •  Stock/water-150ml
    • Corn flour Slury-10gm
    •  Chopped garlic-2gm
    •  Oil-3gm
  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 15 -20minutes
Method :
    1. Heat the wok and oil, chop garlic, sauce for few seconds add Schezwan sauce in it. Add the water / Stock and mix well.
    2. Add all the vegetables except spring onion and mix.
    3. Check for the salt & seasoning. Add cornflour to thicken, add spring and serve hot
