Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients :
    • SPICHI Manchurian Sauce/Paste-50gm
    • Dice Chicken-150gm
    • Spring onion chop-10gm
    • Coriander Green Chop-25gm
    • Corn Flour Slurry-10gm
    • Onion dices-20gm
    • Salt to taste
    • Stock / Water-150ml
    • Capsicum Dices-15gm
    • Oil-3gm
    • Garlic-3gm
  • Serves: 4
  • Preparation Time: 15minutes
  • Cooking Time: 20-25minutes
Method :
    1.Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper & Corn Flour and fry till half done.
    2.Heat the wok ,add oil , garlic and put the Manchurian sauce in it. Add the water / Stock and mix well.
    3.Add all the vegetables except coriander & spring onion, chicken and mix.
    4.Check for the salt & seasoning. Add corn flour to thicken, garnish with coriander & spring onion and serve hot.
